LOGICAL CONSISTENCY REPORT: Data are believed to be logically consistent, although not tested. Geometry appears to be topologically clean. COMPLETENESS REPORT: This a statewide data layer and is believed to depict the region of applicability for the Underwater Archaeological Resources Act within the study area of this project. HORIZONTAL POSITIONAL ACCURACY REPORT: The accuracy of these data is based on source data that are assumed to meet National Map Accuracy Standards. PROCESS DESCRIPTION: This data layer was created using the MA coastal zone as a template. The MA coastal zone data layer was used to depict the landward boundary for this law, as well as the ateral boundaries with New Hampshire and Rhode Island. However, the MMS state seward boundary was appended to the existing coastal zone boundary. Attributes were added to reflect the information relevant to this law.
